 Using MyLIV is easy, the app comes alive when you log in using your registered email address and password (same info you used to create your contract).
You’ll be connected to a whole host of features such as: 
 Community news feed - check out whats happening in the community and create happenings Events - the ONLY place to find out about and register to attend LIV STUDENTs experience + events programme Discounts – the app is the ONLY way to access your local community member discounts and online discounts with our experience partners Manage maintenance issues Receive parcel notifications View your tenancy information Keep up to date with your payments Give us feedback 
 Remember to keep your phone updated as this app is only compatible with IOS 12 and above.
MyLIV will not work with earlier versions, i.e.
IOS 11.2 and below.
